5. Company Listings

Casino party companies listed on our Platform agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information about their services
Maintain all required licenses and insurance for their business
Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Honor any commitments or quotes provided through the Platform
Comply with all applicable laws regarding gaming entertainment

We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or receives significant negative feedback from users.

6. Payment Terms

For companies using our paid subscription services:

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Book My Casino Party and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Platform, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with providing our services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that: (a) the Platform will meet your requirements; (b) the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (c) the results from using the Platform will be accurate or reliable; or (d) any defects in the Platform will be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Book My Casino Party shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

Your use or inability to use the Platform
Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
Services provided by companies listed on the Platform
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content
Any disputes between users and listed companies

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Book My Casino Party and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right; or (d) any content you submit to the Platform.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.
